Communicating with and engaging managers and staff is hugely important to the successful execution of your business strategy. We’ll work with you to develop an approach that best suits your organization’s size and diversity, along with your leadership style and culture.
Once our facilitated strategic planning process is underway, we'll check in with you to talk about your core values and behaviours – do they exist? ...are they appropriate? ...and have they been embraced by employees? In our experience, investing time to define those best suited to your organization, and to think through how these will be embedded in your employees' day-to-day activities is time well spent.
How do you inform, engage, and inspire employees in different departments and locations? It's not an easy task, and it's essential.
We'll work with you to select the tools – surveys, focus groups, town halls, open space workshops, working groups or task forces, newsletters, hotlines, suggestion boxes, and social media. And we'll work with your communications team to establish what, how, and when to communicate important information about your strategic plan and efforts to implement it.
