Hi, again. I'm Chris Ward, President of Strategic Directions.
From working with organizations of all types and sizes, I know that traditional approaches to strategic planning requiring many months and tons of money are, very often, unnecessary.
A new breed of strategic consultancy, Strategic Directions specializes in successfully co-creating
-
your strategic plan in weeks not months,
-
a roadmap to success for your too-big-to-fail strategy,
-
a plan to get a stalled strategy back on track, now
Our goal is co-creating your strategy or plan of execution with minimal disruption to your daily operations. We’re all about being available when you need us, ready to offer advice on how best to deal with obstacles and roadblocks that could derail execution.
We believe that every strategy must be guided by an aspirational vision, and no strategy is complete without a detailed plan of execution. We know that amazing things can happen when the strategy is clear, and all the people involved in planning and execution are on board with the plan.
Want to co-create your future with everyone on board? Let's talk!
